  They came and installed a generator, they postponed it when it wasn't necessary, they were suppose to contact us with information to set up a mobile link and none of it is good, called them several times to find out correct numbers and never pick up or respond to messages. Clearly good with their hands, but not with technology. Awful follow up and they made us pay far more than the generic MSRP. Selling lots of extras we try to tell them they don't want but persisted and pressured my wife into agreeing to while i was at work. They are the worst.
